    Both houses are part of a terrace of three built . Cement sealing roof tile overhang along valleys in both roofs has disintegrated causing blocked drainage and overflow down walls during rain. Problem is worsening and we fear internal damage if not soon fixed. We plan this as one job for which we will both promptly pay if possible to be done before end of spring.
