    The rear elevation to the roof is heavily congested with moss and no interior damage in the loft space or externally could be found to suggest broken tiles. There is currently dampness in the bedroom ceiling. Please quote for the roof to be be power washed clean to remove all debris and vegetation. The existing ridge to be pointed using a sand cement mortar mix with added colour tone where required. The gutters to both the front and rear to be cleaned of all debris
