My sister lets a 3 bedroom 2 storey detached house that requires loft insulation
I live in Taiwan so telephoning me is not really viable but you can email me
1. Are you able to directly access the government grant funding for loft insulation works, and do you handle the grant paperwork on behalf of the client?
2. Do you include: lagging pipes and the water tank, dealing with any ventilation issues, insulating and draft-proofing the loft hatch, installing a walk-board access from the loft hatch to the tank as part of the job?
3. Is a survey is carried out prior to installation?
4. When do you start the process of claiming the grant?
5. Could you also do a cavity wall insulation survey and confirm what grant might also be able for this job?
