My sister lets a 3 bedroom 2 storey detached house that requires loft insulation I live in Taiwan so telephoning me is not really viable but you can email me 1. Are you able to directly access the government grant funding for loft insulation works, and do you handle the grant paperwork on behalf of the client? 2. Do you include: lagging pipes and the water tank, dealing with any ventilation issues, insulating and draft-proofing the loft hatch, installing a walk-board access from the loft hatch to the tank as part of the job? 3.
