    good morning. we have been customers of wakefield roofing for a number of years but i can’t seem to be able to contact mr wakefield on his usual number. i hope all is okay.
    we need to have our roof cleared of moss and checked for missing tiles. last done in april 2022.we have had problems with a leaking gulley in the past. no leaks at present but i would like this to be checked before we start interior decoration.

    my partner and i are putting an offer in on the property but would like to get a fuller picture of the repair and maintenance costs involved.
    we’ve noticed that the roof and gutter at the front are in particular need of cleaning. we also note that the back the property has a rather awkward set of roofs around the staircase in the centre of the building that don’t look too easy to access.

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I am looking for a quote to clean the roof of our grade 2 listed propert. We have 2nd hand (rather old) tiles due to the type of theproperty so care need to be taken when cleaning. Some tiles might be broken and will need replacing.
    Additionally we have a roof leak in one place on a joint which we have tries sealing ourselves but it is still leaking. So i think all tiles in that area will need to be lifted and water sealant repaired.
