    I am looking for a company that can provide the following. Hopefully this is not too small a job for you to consider: • I think there is a leak on the valley gutter which seems to be around an area that looks like it has had a previous repair. Would you be prepared to come and inspect and quote for any remedial work that may need doing? • The other item is less immediate, but I do need it looking at so that I can budget for the work. The property is a terraced cottage (about 150 years old). I am currently getting plans drawn for two extensions. It would be very handy for a quick survey/opinion/estimate on the existing roof structure would to see if I need to include replacement/renovation in my plans.
