    A damp specialist came to inspect our loft conversion after we noted some patches of damp appearing on the back wall. There recommendation was that the Lead Flashing above that wall does not appear to be extended far enough over the abutting roof tiles to prevent rainwater penetration. Access for the inspection was gained by the velux skylight in the room, which is near the lead flashing and apex of the roof.

    Please can you provide availability for inspecting the work and when you might be able to start, as well as approximate costs for a job like this.
