    Several years ago we had a Velux window installed in the roof of our top bedroom. In severe rainy&windy weather it leaks and has damaged part of the ceiling around the inner frame. We have been advised that the original builder installed the exterior seal incorrectly, and where it should be flush with the roof it sits at an angle, allowing water to get in in extreme conditions. I need the outer seal re-fitting or replacing. Otherwise the window is fine.
