    Flat felted garage roof is breaking up in places. It is approx 3.8m by 6.2m. The top surface was covered with some chips, the lowest of which seem to be bonded to the felt. Exposed tongue and groove boards on the underside which mostly seem OK although the broken felting has exposed them on the south edge and a little rot is evident on the outside. What would it cost to replace the felting please, or would you recommend another solution?
