    roof type: pitched, work description: this is a victorian terraced house. we have 2 roof leaks, both related to chimney stacks, which are astride the dividing wall with the neighbouring house, one at the front of the house and one at the back. in one it appears that the source of the leak is where the chimney stack/dividing wall and roof tiles meet. in the second i think the source of the leak is right at the top where the chimney pots are fixed.
