    I’ve a Velux window that has a leak at the bottom right corner. The leak appears to be from within the window frame, flashing, or seals. The leak presented itself as a very minor, occasional leak, but has recently gotten worse.

    The window is GGL M04, ***, 09AP09C, as far as I can tell.

    Everything looks dry on the inside apart from that corner. I’ve had a look at the exterior and the right hand exterior metal bits looks elevated compared with the dry left-hand side. There is also some discoloration of the wood below that metal. The metal is also a bit loose there. It may be that the leak is above that somewhere and over time the wood has expanded, loosening the piece of metal.

    Would it be possible to get a quote/estimate to fix this, assuming it’s something that can be fixed?
