    Lift needs re-insulting and boarding. Some insulation in place. Other areas it has been lifted following a water leak. Already part boarded. No idea how long it’s been in place. Refurbishment of home has led to lots of pipes and cables strewn about. Needs at least a part clear out and start again. House is a bungalow, so larger area than standard.

    Upgrading of existing late 60s early 70s main house roof insulation to current regs together with tanks and any unprotected associated pipework/covers/hatch. Existing quilt 75mm? Protection and access wells will be required to downlighter transformers together with shower pump and mixer. There are a few boards laid which will require removal. Ventilation to be maintained at eaves. The roof is not used for storage.
