    Lift needs re-insulting and boarding. Some insulation in place. Other areas it has been lifted following a water leak. Already part boarded. No idea how long it’s been in place. Refurbishment of home has led to lots of pipes and cables strewn about. Needs at least a part clear out and start again. House is a bungalow, so larger area than standard. Protection and access wells will be required to downlighter transformers together with shower pump and mixer. There are a few boards laid which will require removal.
