There are open chimney pots. Would like redundant flues to be fitted with capping vents. The mortar bedding to the pots is cracked and probably loose, this needs replacing.
There are uneven roof tiles. Several tiles are damaged, broken and slipped. Mortar pointing to the ridge tiles and roof verges is cracked and starting to loosen, repairs are needed. Some of the ridge tiles are damaged and cracked, localised repair is needed.
