    5 years ago i noticed 2 faint ‘blobs’ in our front bedroom (corresponded with the corner of the chimney)
    over the last few years have had the roof insulated -2023 and chimney releaded and faunched 2025.
    the blobs joined up and are tracking along the horizontal where the roof meets the wall. no one has been able to find the source of the problem… tiles? ridge? chimney?

    broken/missing tiles replaced. also check if the rest of the roof is in good condition as someone cleaned the moss off our roof and used a pressure washer instead of brushing like they said. this caused the issue with the tiles and we just want to make sure there is not other damage that we haven’t seen.
