    Hi, I am contacting you to ask about approximate prices for a flat garage roof repair, and also if you cover the Auchtermuchty area of Fife (postcode KY14). We only moved into the house a couple of years ago and we have a couple of old garages which are used to store tools, gardening equipment, etc. Long term we would like to replace the garages, but there are MANY other jobs around the house that need done first. The problem is that one of the garage roofs is leaking quite badly and water is dripping through to the interior of the garage. In doing so the wooden beams supporting the roof will also be getting wet and weakening, so although this isn’t a job we particularly want to do just now, we do need some sort of short-mid term fix to last a few years until we are ready to do something more long-term. The garage roof in question is flat and is about 6m x 6m. It is currently covered in what looks like shed roofing felt with a layer of gravel stuck to it. Could you please let me know firstly if this is the sort of job that you would do, if you cover this area, and I know it is difficult without seeing it, but ideally an approximate cost of what the repair (materials & labour) would be ?
