    – Mid Terrace 5 Storey Grade II Listed Building including 2 self-contained commercial premises, owners accommodation and studio flat.
    – The property was originally constructed around 1690 and is Grade II Listed. The property has not been substantially altered since construction although the internal configuration of the accommodation has been adapted over the years.
    – The property has a gross external floor area of 419 sq.m. or thereabouts
    – The external walls to the lower ground floor sections of the building are of solid stone construction approx. 600mm thick. The walls to remaining front and rear elevations from ground floor upwards are of period timber frame construction, approx.. 180mm thick. The external finishes comprise of slate hanging to the lower sections of the front elevation and entirely to the rear elevation. Most of the front elevation is clad with painted cement asbestos sheeting. The roof is pitched and covered with natural slate.
    – Not carried out a survey to determine whether asbestos is present in the property or completed a risk assessment. The property is of an age and type that may contain cement asbestos. Cement asbestos sheeting is believed to have been provided to the front elevation, and other ACM’s may be present within the commercial and residential accommodation
