    Its a 3-bedroom semi, we need the gutters clearing out and there are 3 places where gutters are leaking- one corner fitting leaks and probably needs replacing, one part in the middle of a run where gutter needs refixing to sofit and a part of the sofit board may need replacing. And I don’t know what’s wrong with the other place where its leaking.
