    As picked up by a surveyor. The foil backed insulation sheets that have been fixed between the rafters retrospectively should
    be removed. This installation is restricting the roof ventilation to the rafters and roof lining which
    can lead to excessive condensation and eventual possible decay. It should not be that difficult to
    removed. The fibre glass quilt insulation laid between the ceiling joists should ideally be upgraded
    to a thickness of approximately 350mm to comply with current regulations.
