    we have a hole in the roof, think there are likely a couple of broken tiles. it doesn’t appear from loft space that it’s too big? knew we had a leak somewhere as there is a water stain on our bedroom ceiling. but after being in loft over the weekend i could see the damage. house is a terrace and the roof is tiled not slate.
