    Original 1965 roof needs replaced, concrete tiles I think and fine to replace with similar. New sarking sheets underneath as a few collapsed and others well aged. House has functional chimney with log burner installed, lead flashing needs replaced. A small extension at front may also need done, at the very least the lead flashing in poor state. Also would be interested in getting insulation placed under extension roof, and if possible within walls at same time if you can offer that service. Lastly we would like at least one VELUX window or similar brand installed on main roof.
