    I have completed an Asbestos Renovation Survey, which has flagged the existance of Chrysotile in the Floor tiles and bitumen in Ground Floor rooms, and the existance of Chrysotile in the Textured coating on the ceilings of both the Ground Floor and First Floor. The total Ground Floor area is approximately 30 square metres, the total ceiling area is approximately 50 square metres.
