    the existing fibreglass insulation installed 2003 has been laid unevenly over old insulation and piled too high in places, made worse by its disturbance during a recent new boiler installation. i want the insulation relaid evenly to the minimum recommended depth and the removal of debris left by the plumbers. a digital processor and the extractor vent pipe for the shower must be kept accessible for access. additional insulation for the water tanks and pipes, if required. a small area of flooring is required to provide access to the water tanks. surveys welcomed, if required.
