    I’m a block manager at FSB Rentals in Seaton. One of my blocks needs some repair work to part of its flat roof which is fibre glass where the protective coating is flaking off. The work would essentially be to remove the flaking coating and apply another coating. They would also like a roof hatch fitting from the communal hallway to the roof for future roof access.
