    We live in Beer in a 1925 built semi with the original tile roof which has no under felting-tiles are straight on rafters. Tiles are cracked at back of house and leaking. -We would like the whole roof replacing -Foil foam insulation into eves and plaster boarding -loft hatch with ladder putting in -removing the water tank in attic -removing of the struts -finishing of the attic chip board flooring.
