    it says that the artificial slates are deteriorating, have vegetation on them, the vents need improving and some of the flat roof felt is perishing. the surveyor is unsure if the artificial slates contains asbestos or not.

    i was wondering if you could provide an estimate for remedial works to fix these different aspects of the roof please.
    i am aiming to complete the purchase the next 2 weeks so a speedy response and quote would be really appreciated.

    Two small flat roofs covered in Asphalt are leaking. the leak is between the lead flashings and the Asphalt which appears to be in good condition. The lead flashing does not go up far enough under the tiles.My neighbour has the same problem so could be 4 roofs to repair /redo?
