    I have a mid 1980’s built property loft void, the roofing felt underneath the roof tiles has become brittle. There are three x 1 foot x 1 foot holes in the felt, but the tiles above are fine, but you can see light through the tiles. One of those holes is where the felt has crumbled down around the soil stack vent from the bathroom. There is also some difficult to access side fascia that is falling away and a ridge tile that is losing mortar. I need a quote for fixing these and also removing all the existing loft insulation and replacing with new insulation. The roof size is about 25m sqr. It is an end of terrace property and my roof is just from the apex down one side. The other side of the apex belongs to the neighbour.

    We need to remove the old chimney in the bungalow (it was used for central heating before introducing an electric boiler) as it’s leaking and takes up space in the kitchen & loft. The work includes removing the chimney from the top/chimney stack to the chimney heart and brickwork around it. Also rebuilding missing wall/ ceiling/roof in its place. Some electric and plumbing work is included, such as a radiator and power socket. Also next to the chimney is an electric cupboard with the electric boiler.
