Velux Service Engineer, I have got roof bathroom window I cant open, the remote control is displaying no products found. I rang Velux advised to purchase a tool to release and re set remote. hello – we have 1 velux window and 4 wooden non velux windows in our loft conversation.
we have been quoted by velux direct that they cannot replace like for like all 5 windows and the 4 non would have to move up 1 foot and it would cost approximately 9k additional v’s just a simple replacement cost.
we don’t wish to do this uneccassry work as we like the placement of the windows and would like alternatives to replace all 5 windows for a pvc / weather proof option. could you assist
