    My garage is a Banbury Somerset 18ft 3in by 33 ft 8in.ERECTED IN 1988 The roof panels are made of fibre cement. Many of these have cracks and one has large hole when ivy was removed from roof . It is leaking substantially and probably needs complete replacement. I would consider replacing existing panels with an alternative material if applicable

    Our conservatory roof started leaking on Saturday through one of the cross bars. It doesn’t seem to be major, so I think it is only when the wind is in a certain direction. It is a small conservatory sandwiched between two walls (glass front and glass sloped roof). It is one story up as although we are on the ground floor, there is a basement flat below – this makes access a little more difficult.
