    I have a problem with a felt flat roof. The roof was installed 6 years ago. I used the IKO easy seal roofing products. I had a separate layer of IKO Easy seal Top sheet put on as a walkway, on top of the roof top sheet. This has now blistered quite significantly, causing water to pond.
