    I’m in need of repair or replacement of two leaking valleys at my office premises at No 3, Carolina Way (Quays Reach), off South Langworthy Road. Is this something you could quote for please? It’s the middle unit in the two-storey block which includes units 1-6, and the two valleys in question are the front left and rear right (as viewed from the front of the building). The unit is generally unoccupied at present, not that you can get access to the roof from inside anyway, but you can just drive in to Quays Reach and park right outside No 3, and if you want to go up on the roof you should be able to get access (for ladders) as it’s unlikely anyone else will be parked there.
