    Remove all perimeter up stand details and remove from site.
    Check over roof deck and allow for repair or replacement.
    Locate existing roof outlet and old lead 100mm piping and remove.
    Enlarge existing 100mm hole in brick wall into loft space over Greggs shop to receive 150mm pipe from outlet .
    Apply vapour barrier using torch on high performance felt to roof deck using felt roofing to BS 747one layer glass fibre based type 3B (18 kg/10 m2) turn up wall 50mm
    Carry out improvement of insulation of flat roof using 125mm thick rigid urethane boarding if details at perimeter of roof will allow.
    Install new Upvc 150mm roof outlet and pipe work complete with required bends to reach hole into loft area, and grating.
    Install treated softwood 50mm x 50mm triangular fillet to perimeter of insulation.
