    i am currently in the process of purchasing a house. i have been advised by my home inspector that i should undertake a roof inspection. we have been advised that there is a problem with the roofing over the extension where it meets the new roof. we have been advised that the new roof timbers have not been fitted flush with the original roof timbers. as such, we need a quote for fixing the roof as this is a concern as they said water could penetrate the loft as the tiles are angled. furthermore, the chimney has been removed, however, there is a wooden board covering the chimney stack in the loft so we can’t see if it has been supported properly. as such, we would also like a quote for fixing this as well incase it is an issue. the address of the property is:
