    i need to replace the felt under the tiled roof. tiles are to be kept, as they go with the features of the house and it’s the refelting with the new battens under cold roof, no insulation and led flashing fixed across the pitch. roof dimensions are 4m×3m. there is also fascia board that needs to be replaced and new gutter fixed across the width only (4m). extension is single story with easy access from front of the extension and one side. the other side is neighbour’s, therfore no access. i am looking for reasonable price and work to be commenced
