    I consider to replace my whole roof of my house.

    The size of my roof is :
    Kitchen: 10.6×2.5 meter
    Sitting room plus two bedroom: 10.6 x 3.5 ( one side)x 2 for both side ( back and the front).

    It is a traditional cottage (Bangalore)

    It will be very helpful if you can give ne your best quotation ( including VAT) for following options:

    1) concrete tile
    2) rubber tile
    3) metal roof

    Kindly please also confirm that metal roof is allowed for residential cottage (under England regulation)?

    Trusting the lath and breathing membrane also needed to be replaced.
