    Hello,
    I am the operations manager of a GP surgery, Gilbert House, 39 Woodfield land, Ashtead, ***. A few years back the surgery had a building extension completed and the asbestos identified during that extension was removed. However, upon looking at the asbestos survey report provided at the time, section of the building that was not being altered by the extension were not surveyed for asbestos. In light of this discover, I would like an asbestos survey completed on the entire building to ascertain if asbestos is present.
