    My self and my partner are purchasing a house that has artex on all the ceilings in the house and also there is an old water tank in the loft which may also contain asbestos, we have had a survey and they have advise it is very likely to be asbestos due to the time the house was build (1952). was just looking on information on how this can be tested, what can be done to remove it and how much this would cost.
