    1. chimneys require repair work to flashings
    2. remove debris from roof left by inconsiderate neighbours.
    3. remove greenery in the clean up
    4. rear lower roof needs work as below it is my laundry room – this ceiling is badly stained. hole in ceiling.
    4. hole showing in rear roof. daylight in attic. slates need replacing.
    5. front black gutter needs replacing and aligned with neighbour’s.
    6. forceful water dropping down from the front gutter has upset a flower bed below. please cement about 6 setts into place to ‘make good’ the flower bed area again.
    7. rear access is via a passageway/ginnel used by 2 neighbours (mine and no 30).
