i have a blocked down-pipe where the gutter joins the pipe by the soffit. the bottom of the pipe is clear as i use a water diverter into a barrel and i have checked this is clear. the property is a detached house and the downpipe is at the rear. all the gutters and downpipes were renewed in 2021 and are plastic.
