The water butt diverter is poorly installed. The water diverter should not be positioned higher than the top of the water butt. One of the rear rainwater downpipes discharges directly into a waste pipe. This installation is incorrect, as the systems should be separated.

I would like to get a quote for several small bits of work that need to be done on the roof of my property. We have recently bought it and these were issues that were flagged in the survey. We would like to get them sorted soon so as to avoid further deterioration.

More urgent works:
Fitting multiple-flue chimney pots with capping vents
Lead flashings around the chimney are damaged.
Lead flashing to the flat roof requires re-filleting with mortar.
There are damaged slates to the mono-pitched roof which should be replaced
Lead flashing to the roof and wall junction requires re-filleting with
mortar
Underneath the tiles at the eaves, there’s perished felt. Eaves trays should be installed below the eaves tiling.
Leaking joints were visible to the rainwater fittings at the front.

There is cracked mortar to the ridge tiles.
There is no overhang to the roofing tiles at the verge (rear elevation)
