    I am in the midst of purchasing a property at 85 Cromer Road, Norwich NR6 with completion around mid January. It is a detached three bedroomed two storey house with a double garage and a single storey dungalow in the garden. The current occupant has not had the roof cleaned during the last thirteen years and I doubt if it was done in the ten years prior to that from new. I can see moss and lichens on all the roof areas, some more than others. Time scale: 1-3 months
