    hi,

    we have recently bought a property between turriff and fyvie. one of the outbuildings is a bothy which we only use for storage. it has a chimney stack which has a crack, and mortar defects. two of its walls are very poorly mortared and have various birds nesting in them!!
    we don’t have much money left after buying the property, and we’re not going to be living in the bothy, but something needs to be done.
    please will you give us a quote for simply ‘stabilising’ the walls and chimney so that the bothy doesn’t fall down?
