    we did a survey on the house, one of the thing that concern us is the roof
    the report say
    “the roof covering comprises of bituminous underfelt, softwood battens, single-lap concrete interlocking tiles. half-round concrete ridge tiles fitted.
    the underfelt to the roof tile cover is severely deterioration, torn and holed and requires replacement; this will require stripping of the tile cover and replacement to install new underfelt.”
