    we are renovating a building with two different aged roofs, both have issues with leaks. one is more modern with felt and leading. there appears to be an issue with some of the leading and around a chimney. the other is older without felt but with plaster under the tiles. some of the tiles have slipped or are missing which has caused some water damage underneath.

    I need repair and refurbishment to some of the internal walls near the ceiling which are wet and damp. This is a repair work to the roof I suspect.
