    we have been quoted by velux direct that they cannot replace like for like all 5 windows and the 4 non would have to move up 1 foot and it would cost approximately 9k additional v’s just a simple replacement cost.

    We have a leak coming into our small sunroom at the back of the property. The leak comes from one of the anchor screws in the beam. We have replaced this screw and outer seal, and it continues. We are not sure whether it needs a complete replacement of if it is just the one panel.
