Slate roof replacement: we are looking to get our cottage roof replaced with natural slates. Currently there are man made slates on the roof. We already have crates of the natural slates, lead and timber, so it is the removal of existing slates and new slate replacement service we would like a quote for. We are in the process of negotiating with the vendor on the price on this property.
As part of the negotiation process we need a written estimate for the external scale 3 renovations and the state of the roof, faulty roof coverings, flashings, gutters, downpipes, stone pointing and cracked rendering guttering and exteriors of the building.

The Roof looking tired and in need of repair/resealed/replacement concrete asbestos tiles.
Guttering needed replacing and was blocked at rear of the building.
Flashing on Chimney’s and other areas
Cement skews at front need replacing with lead skews
Gable end crack left gable wall inspection re-seal
The dormer window roofs etc need replacing on the top floor.
Green mould at the back of the house on the facias etc..
Defective paint work on walls whole building repaint
Evidence of fungal decay affecting the fascia board of the rear extension. Replace board and deal with damp issue.
