THE LEAD SURFACE OF A DORMER WINDOW ON ST JOHNS STREET WAS BLOWN PARTLY OFF IN STRONG WINDS LAST WEEK. WATER IS NOW DRIPPING INTO ROOM. FLAT ROOF COULD POSSIBLY BE ACCESSED VIA ADJACENT VELUX BUT PROBABLY NEEDS SCAFFOLDING .COULD YOU HELP WITH A TEMPOARY FIX PRIOR TO FULL REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT . I AM OUT FROM 8AM TO CIRCA 2:30 TOMORROW BUT WOULD APRECIATE A CALL/ VIIST MID AFTERNOON. THANKS

Am considering buying the above. Surveyor advises checking flashing at chimney, renewal of torching (tho’ slates said to be ok), repair or renewal of fascias. Would probably replace downpipes etc too
