Removed damage slate work to both sides of the dorma roof.
Step2. Removing old damaged lead valleys.
Step3. Removing tiling work and removing rotten wooden batten.
Step4. Removing felt roof from the bay window due to not being installed correctly and was holding water.
Step5. Install 18mill osb timbers to the bay window.
Step6. Applied bitchumen primer to the brick work around perimeter.
Step7. Install 2 mill burn on underlay vapour barrier.
Step8. Install top coat 6mill burn on felt system.
Step9. Install new lead soakers to run into the gutter system.
Step10. Install breathable felt to the sides of the dorma and under the valleys.
Step11. Install new Spanish 16/10 dressed slate to the sides of the dorma.
Step12. Install new lead valleys to the side of the dorma. This is done in code 4 500 with a return of 19/38.
Step13. Install new treated 25-50 tiling batten.
Step14. Re tiled back in replacing over 15 tiles over the roof.
Step15. Main dorma flat roof had many signs of wear and tear and the bitchumen was cracked. This has been burned to heat the bitchumen up, then applied 2 coats of liquid rubber system.
Step16. Valleys on the other side of the dorma has had two coats of liquid rubber as well.
