Hi, I want to replace a fibre sheeted roof on a double garage, the fibre board has broken away from the roof in loads of places. I would prefer fibre glass sheets as opposed to steel and definitely not fibre. The roof apex measures six metres and the incline is (roughly) three metres. New capping and end flashing needed but no guttering. Cheers

i’m looking to have the clay tiles on the main house roof replaced. they are the original tiles from 1912 and have become quite brittle. there is also no waterproof membrane under the tiles so from inside the loft there is alot of daylight between overlapping tiles. the house has had two extensions which won’t need any work. i was looking to replace with new small clay tiles like the ones that are on.

Hi there,

We’re purchasing a house and have had the following feedback from the survey:

* New Gutters needed
* Capping vents needed on chimney
* vents installed at the top and the base of the redundant flues
* Renewing any defective flashings
* May also have some issues with the masonry

This is a mid terrace from c 1900, and it is 3 storeys therefore will require scaffolding. Could you please let me know a cost estimate and when you might be able to carry out the work? thank you.

Can you please give us a quote it’s for capping two chimney stacks as the chimneys aren’t in use and checking the lead work on both. We have had damp in the house and the damp surveyor said it’s coming down the chimneys
