    hi, i’m looking for a competetive itemised quote for a new tiled/slate roof ( a few options please) for a small three bed victorian semi about 70-75 sq metres with repointing, flaunching and capping of the chimney. also, a price for new upvc fascia and soffits and guttering. and a price for the replacement of a large velux window. the existing roof will safely be removed by a specialist company and in compliance with all current regulations because it contains asbestos in the artificial slates, so the quote would only be for the intallation of the new roof and mentionned extras. full scaffolding would be provided. thanks.
