    Hello 
    We would like a design and quotation please for our project. 
    Attached are the architect and structural engineer drawings (to note the architect drawings are for block walls but we are using Velox, the SE drawings and calcs are all for Velox). Essentially the key differences are that Velox is considered stronger by the SE than block and the wall depth is actually 370mm. 
    We would like storage space in the garage extension roof and so would appreciate a design which accommodates this. 
    For the living extension we have glazed gables and so would appreciate a design which is sympathetic to that. The SE has specified that the ridge beam is 45 x *** for this area.

    We have a single storey wrap around extension with grey concrete tiles (I think). It is about 6 years old. It wraps around 3 sides of the house, approx 8m x 12m x 8m. It is now getting covered in moss along the edges of the tiles and especially on the cement. we would like this removed and some preventive chemical application applied to inhibit further growth
