    Slow drip of water (a drip a second) coming through light fixture in upstairs bathroom. Had a look in roof space and can see a puddle of water under bottom of what I assume is a vent pipe. Is raining heavily so assume this is the cause of this happening now but don’t know what needs fixing etc in relation to the vent pipe.     Our garage has a corrugated iron, pitched roof that needs completely replacing. The garage is made of concrete blocks screwed together with bolts, the roof is attached to the garage by a metal frame screwed into the concrete blocks. It is a single garage approximately 20ft x 10ft. We’d like quite a substantial roof rather than a simple/basic one and if possible a quote for a plain roof vs one with velux style windows would be great as we want to make it into more of a workshop/studio.
